Free staff food on break (small amount and with limitations on hot food) Cons The hours are long with only a 30 minute break (even on 10-12 hour shifts. Tips are awful as they are shared 50% with boh which has way more staff. Management unwilling to sort out problems with team members which has been bullying, constant lateness to work, skiving and things like that meaning others have to work much harder. Very bad in dealing with staff sickness and unwilling to send people home even if they have been vomiting during their shift.
