For a studio/ one-room apartment the price starts around 200 EURO. If you share a 2-room apartment it starts around 120-150 EU/person. The cheapest are with 3-room around 100 EU/person. The best cappuccino in the city(Touluse, they have good food, too), I like the sushi places (Nobori for the daily menu in the Center if I'm out and hungry) and Tokyo for dining out.
