So many things to choose from on their menu. This can sometimes be challenging for someone who often chooses vegetarian items. The Owner is very attentive & you leave knowing that your business is very much appreciated. Great food & great customer service are sometimes a hard combination to find. We have been going to Maple Sushi since it opened. It is now under new ownership, and has gotten even better. We have gone twice a week for the last month and tried something new every time and have not been disappointed with anything. Bacon Strip Tease is a must!!! The Miso Mayo Scallops are a must also. Food - lots of special rolls to choose from, and they are all around $7-8. They also have the typical sushi rolls at a decent price. Quality is very good, sashimi tastes fresh, nice presentation Service - great service, staff is very friendly, they always give us free jello or miso soup with our take out order. This restaurant has a few unique rolls, but there are better places in Maple Ridge for sushi.

Sashimi was generously portioned. Prices are reasonable, service was above average. Very delicious tasting sushi served artistically and neatly. Just the right amount of rice in rolls, the right thickness of sashimi, and gotta looove the monkey brain. Such a lovely place This is a relatively new restaurant in Maple Ridge in the main business district at between 222 and 223 on Dewdney Trunk Road. We tried it today for the first time. Whenever I have a sushi craving it's always...I was on business around the corner and drove by and it looked clean. The dishes were created in something I can never tried before. We have found a couple places that we were happy with and thought might become our go to place. We had heard lots of great reviews about this place. So glad we tried it. The portions were good. It was my first time there and not the last great sushi great staff. It was very fast service. They have a variety of items on the menu. Second time here in a year but we don't eat out for sushi all that often and have many choices in the area. That said we had an excellent meal with reasonable for sushi price and the service was excellent . We will return but still have a few to tryOwners are super friendly whenever we go in. Food is reasonably priced and delicious- get the baked salmon roll!! We order take-out usually once a week and are never disappointed… always quick and fresh. Ebi is a really great place to have lunch. I always love the food and never walk away hungry. Two lunch box specials usually runs about $23. They are located in the downtown area close to shops and other amenities.

Have been here a few times. They have a great lunch deal! And best of all free delivery! Friends ordered from Ebi and I found it very good. We Decided to order for the first time from Ebi. We found it better than before especially when we found we had too much for one meal each. So we enjoyed another meal the next day. Because of this experience we will be enjoying more Japanese menus. I recently stopped by for lunch, the waitress is really friendly, bring me some treat which is yummy. The chicken teriyaki tastes awesome, just realized its under new management. Come back for sure! every time we go to a party, we always bring a sushi tray from Ebi. They are the most reasonably priced, and best tasting. After reading the reviews tonight, we decided to go. Ordered hot and sour soup and it was low on goodies. Had to ask for our Miso soup and the waitress never checked on us. I was disappointed to discover they didn't have dinner boxes or mixed tempura. Sorry, I won't return.
