The employees and immediate family members of the Organiser, and affiliated technological or content information partners, sales and promotion agencies appointed in relation to this contest are NOT allowed to participate.2. To be eligible to participate in the Contest, the Contestants must have spend a minimum of RM80 and above on a single receipt at any of the Sushi King participating stores during the Contest Period.1.

The Contest shall run from 1st May 2015 to 31st July 2015 (both dates inclusive) ("the Contest Period") or any other period as may be notified by the Organiser in two (2) phases. Each SMS entry will be charged a premium fee of RM0.30 in addition to any telecommunications operator charges. The Contestants shall be responsible for such or other charges levied by their respective telecommunication operator and to verify such charges on their own before submitting their entries.

After sending the SMS, the Contestants will receive a SMS from the Organiser as an acknowledgement of receipt. Acknowledgement of entry does not guarantee contest entry. The Organiser shall reject or refuse contest entry for any reasons whatsoever including if any provisions in the Terms and Conditions are not fulfilled or adhered to by the Contestants.5. SMS gateway is provided by Alpha Crossing Sdn Bhd / Union Vector Alliance Sdn Bhd. Each contestant is eligible to win only one (1) Prize at any one (1) Phase during the Contest Period.1. The following selection process will be adopted:-Number of qualified entries per phaseIn the event the number is not a whole number, the lower number will be shortlisted, for example: if the number falls on 32.6, the lower number would be 32, so the 32th entry will be shortlistedIf there is a total of 605 entries, every 18th (lower number for 18.9th) entry is the winning entry. 2. Winners will be contacted a maximum of 3 times by the Organiser with the telephone number that was used to submit the Contest Entry and will also be announced on Sushi King's official website, Sushi King's official Facebook page or any other mediums deemed fit by the Organiser.3. In the event of non-receipt by the winner of the notification, or if the winner cannot be contacted, notification as published on the Website page or any other mediums deemed fit by the Organizer shall be deemed sufficient notice and the winner cannot use the reason of non-receipt of notification to extend the prize collection deadlines, after which the prizes will be forfeited.4.  

Winners will be required to produce their NRIC and original receipt upon collection of Prize failing which the Organiser reserves the right to forfeit the prize and/or transfer the prize to other Contestants.5. In the event that a winner chooses NOT to accept the Prize, the winner shall then forfeit any and all claims to that Prize, which will be dealt accordingly at the absolute discretion of the Organiser.1. All federal, state and local taxes that may be imposed in connection with the prizes, telecommunication charges and premiums charges are the sole responsibility of the winner.1. No discussion, correspondence, enquiry, appeal or challenge by any of the participants in respect of any decisions of the Organiser shall be entertained.1.
