I attended an event that a Meetup group hosted here. It was an all you can eat affair. It was a nice sized group of 15 hungry expats and dutch people. The restaurant had prepared a nice long table for us situated in the center of the room. The all you can eat consisted of 5 items from their entire... One of the best sushi in the Netherlands. Wide choice, tasty food, great service.Will definitely come back. first of all, the staff was very friendly!! food justifies the price of 30€. if you want to visit the restaurant with more than 2 people, a reservation upfront is highly recommended. we tried to eat all 5 rounds of foods, no chance... If you have appetite for sushi, Genki is a must visit in Amsterdam! Friendly staff, quality of food was good, prices for Amsterdam reasonable. Reservation in advance highly recommended. Good for sashimi and sushi, but don't think about ordering other food like meat. All you can eat means five rounds each 5 choices - we could only do 3 rounds and were more then full...

We jave just wqlked in on a sutherday and per surprise we hade a table next to the aquarium. The personel where very friendly,the sushi super quick and super tasty and the atmosphare was very relaxt. I came here on a nice day and was led to a beautiful dining area in a garden. Don't be fooled by the cheap benches at the front! The staff were great, very cheery and attentive. I really enjoyed the food, it is definitely one of the better options in Amsterdam for this concept of dining. Only downsides were that... The personnel of the restaurant is so kind. It worth to the money that you pay. I've been here many times for many occasions. It's a great, cozy atmosphere, both inside and out. The garden is particularly nice on a good day (it has heaters!) but the vibe inside is also nice. The sushi is decent, the sashimi is excellent and the choices are high. The service is so-so, everyone is very nice and very helpful,... Great food, friendly service and a lovely location.

Personalmente ho preso del sushi vegetariano ( il mio fidanzato invece quello classico), gli involtini, riso saltato con verdure e zuppa di miso. Ne ho mangiati di migliori ma era comunque abbastanza buono. Un po' caro, ma bisogna... Uno dei migliori sushi mai provati! Non costa poco, ha un menù prezzo fisso all you can eat, che prevede 5 piatti a persona per 5 turni, ma vi assicuro che se li sfruttate tutti uscite dal ristorante pienissimi.

Qualità del sushi ottima, così come il servizio. Accetta solo pagamenti in contanti. Cara l'acqua, che mi pare costi intorno ai... Sono stata al Genki per pranzo e con 21€ (18 menù fisso e 2 litri di acqua divisa in 5) ho mangiato bene e in abbondanza. L'acqua costava 5,50€ una cosa assurda...ma all'estero è sempre così. C'è la regola dei 5 ordini: hai un foglio da compilare e puoi prendere una cosa tante volte quanti sono i commensali, ad ogni... Basandoci sulle recensioni, abbiamo scelto di cenare in questo ristorante giapponese spinti dalla voglia di provare sushi anche all'estero e siamo rimasti soddisfatti! Ottima qualità, servizio velocissimo! Prezzo leggermente più alto (ma meritato) per gli standard a cui siamo abituati in Italia negli ottimi all you can eat che di solito frequentiamo, ma ci sta, soprattutto ad Amsterdam! Si trova in una traversa delle vie più conosciute di Amsterdam. Si mangia all you can eat x 28 euro a cena e 18 a pranzo, esclusi il dolce e le bevande.

Funziona così: si ordina alla carta. Su una speciale lista si possono segnare quante pietanze si vuole tra le 95 proposte x un massimo di 5 pezzi a... Ci siamo recati da Genki Sushi a pranzo. La formula a "round" è molto intelligente e da possibilità di assaggiare molti piatti del menu senza "esagerare" con un'unica ordinazione con il rischio di non finire quanto ordinato. Il sashimi di salmone mi ha colpito perché erano delle fette molto grandi (soprattutto paragonate a quelle servite in locali simili in Italia).... Le recensioni positive che avevamo letto ci hanno spinto a prenotare in questo ristorante.La formula all you can eat è azzeccata, con 5 round a disposizione dove puoi ordinare di tutto, e tutto quello che abbiamo ordinato era veramente ottimo! Mi sono fermato per caso con mia moglie, forse perché ho visto il certificato di eccellenza di tripadvisor. In effetti confermo l'eccellenza della cena: servizio veloce, personale cordiale e pesce fresco.
