Sushi is opening its first stand-alone restaurant in the U.S. in Boston’s Seaport District later this month. The international restaurant—best known for bringing its customers Japanese street food and sushi on its signature kaiten, or conveyor belt— will open at Watermark Seaport, 85 Seaport Boulevard, on Wednesday, October 26.
