Sushi full-time (More than 3 years) Pros Free food on shiftDiscount when not on shiftPaid breakOpportunities to get promoted Cons This company or people in head office don't care about employees.Very underpaid management team, always external people get better pay than someone who been promoted within the company. So many discounts and promotions - this shows to customers how cheap is the food actually.Extremely hard achievable bonus and no tips for management or extra pay if over working contract hours. Advice to Management Pay more for people as everyone working hard, also introduce TRONC system for management salaries as fixed salary makes no sense when need to over work contract hours by 10 hours a week, it's not charity job.
