With just over 30 seating capacity, it’s the perfect intimate shop to have a quiet meal. Within just two years we opened our second and larger branch located in Mina. This restaurant boasts over 50 seating capacity and a well-suited place for events and group gatherings. Our central kitchen is located in Mussafah and this is how we are able to deliver all over Abu Dhabi.

Following this success a third branch is underway, with its location to be announced soon. Meet our TeamPrakash ThapaPrakash Thapa moved to UAE in May 2013 and joined Sushi Central team as Commis III. He is passionate and dynamic kitchen professional who pride himself on his ability to deliver extraordinary levels of customer service and provide creative solutions to our guests. As a Commis III he is responsible for the daily mis-en-place and duties assigned to meet the set standard and qualities whereby his role include key responsibilities such as to ensure the highest standards and consistent quality in the daily food preparation.  He has previous experience in a quality establishment and good cooking skills, passionate for food and culinary arts. Prakash is an ideal team worker who is positively spirited and committed to work together with the service team to deliver an amazing guest experiences every time. He is dynamic, creative and dedicated team player with the ability to work in a multicultural environment and under difficult condition while possessing varies competencies.

Renato L. Mat Castro JrHead Sushi Chef Renato L. Mat Castro Jr. has been with Sushi Central Restaurant since November 2012. It was his passion for seafood that motivated him to join Sushi Central. He moved to Abu Dhabi to work as Head Sushi Chef and now he is living his dream job. Renato believes in using local produce as much as possible and also sustainability when using seafood. He has worked in seafood restaurants for the past 17 years and continues to wow his customers with his delicious creations from his extensive knowledge and enthusiasm for food. He has always been passionate about fresh, quality food, and that passion is evident in every item we feature on our menu at Sushi Central Restaurant.
