All Crawfish will be sold by the bag for one flat price and the bags average at this time 34-36 lbs. but could change and the price will reflect that change. 3. All orders will be boxed, iced and bagged ready for pick up and should be extremely fast and easy to get out of here no matter how busy we are. 4. All sales will be FINAL and will be pre-paid. If not picked up the product will be discarded no matter the reason. So make sure you need them...... 5. The order for Friday the week of, needs to be placed online by the end of the day Tuesday of that week. 6. There is a slight discount for multiple bags. 7. Your order will be assigned a number to it. Make sure that whoever is picking up the crawfish knows what that number is. 8. All orders will receive a confirmation email with all of your information on it. Growing up on the coast line of South Texas and after a long a day of fishing I would usually prepare whatever fish I caught the simplest, most tasty way of cooking that I know how - on the Half Shell. After marking the flesh side on the grill, flip the fish onto the scale side and cook until just cooked through and squeeze a litt...le lemon over the top. I like to prepare a simple sauce of olive oil, garlic, chili flakes and fresh herbs such as parsley, mint, and basil to spoon on top of the fish.
