They always have great service and check up on us in between visits to the food conveyor!! We waited quite awhile despite getting there right as it opened for lunch. After being seated at a table, patrons are instructed to walk up to the bar and take whatever plates they want. You can ask for anything...Plenty of good options on the menu. I would visit them again on my next visit to Vacaville. On a Saturday, my son and I decided to have lunch at the Vacaville Fuji because we usually enjoy the sushi at their Elk Grove Fuji, we thought Vacaville would be equally as good. The line of diners started forming about 15 minutes before opening.
