I bought my laundry (in a bag) down to reception and instead of taking it and saying that they would take care of it, they looked at me like I was mad, and made me wait for 15 mins for the laundry people to come down.눇Location in Kuta was ok.

However, Kuta is busy, smelly and boring. I would go to Ubud, Canggu, Seminyak, or the islands. Wine ordered was awful and undrinkable which should have been replaced at no charge..눇We were welcomed at the airport by Dee Dee who was very informative, friendly and helpful. The hotel was modern, nice pool, and in good location.. 눉Bed was to hard, no balconies, bathroom was very small눇Staff very friendly, spoke good English, good breakfast 눉Food was average with respect to the price Despite the photos, the pool area is actually quite bland and lacks adequate shade areas The beers are not served in neoprene coolers We were on the fifth floor and were surprised at how much noise came though the ceiling to our room.
