I went to 168 Sushi with my friend's work Christmas party and it was amazing! It was great quality for all-you-can eat sushi and the service was very fast especially considering how busy they were. I will defiantly go again! If you're a sushi aficionado, you will not enjoy this restaurant. Their menu selections are okay, and the concept is interesting (being able to order food from a tablet and have it arrive at the table shortly thereafter), but the quality of the fish is low, and the other dishes, like the tempura and miso soup were, at best, unremarkable.... I used to love this place but, sadly, the last couple times we have gone, the food gets worse and worse. We went last night and the shrimp, crab and vegetable tempura was delivered to our table in less than five minutes...and luke warm. It's obvious they are pre-cooking the regular favorites and stockpiling before serving. Several of our rolls... “Our favorite Sushi restaurant” I enjoyed eating the vegetarian Sushi good variety to choose a la cart.
I have been twice and both times the food was very good. The food is always consistently good. Sometimes the employees seem a little disinterested (hit and miss). You can keep ordering so the food is always fresh. I suggest trying: the california tempura roll, tempura vegetables, spicy beef. Good sashimi for dinner. I also like roasted mackerel, which is not available at other local sushi restaurants. Went there a couple of times last summer, and although the first time was average acceptable, the last two times has been very disappointing. Really hard to get someone's attention, the food was not really good, the tempura seem to come out of a box, the rolls are dry. I live really close and it would be very practical to... Have been many times to this location. Consistently providing tasty sushi; haven't had any sushi which felt sub-par. When busy (lunch time), they can be slightly slow to bring out sushi; The decor is actually quite pleasant and inviting. This place ridiculous when it comes to customer service.
The waiters wait for you to get full on drinks and water until the next order comes in. The tablets for ordering are useless in that case. Also, litttle need to mention that the tablets are gross. The last time I went there (and I don't want to go again), the...
