Ordering is done through their touch screen tablets and the time of your order is marked. Service before 7pm was extremely quick because the restaurant was still half empty. Then we waited half an hour for one last item and plus some additional time to get the bill. This was because the restaurant had filled up and all the staff were quite busy. It was only an issue for half our group because there was a sleepy child that needed to get home to bed. Much of the dishes were average to below average. They had a good range of selection of food. The har gow dough was thick and the shrimp mushy. The okra was super tough and stringy. The sushi rolls were good. They brought us the wrong bill, for a fraction of the real bill. We told them about it. The waitress rudely grabbed the bill, said nothing, and went away. She came back shortly after and dumped the bill on our table, again without a word or even a thank you.They didn't even have a record of my Open Table reservation. As a consequence I was lucky to get a table....not good when one is with a client! The food was mediocre at best and they consistently delivered incorrect items even though they had iPad style ordering devices.
