The staff were polite and service was fast. Would recommend for anyone staying in the area. After a long day on a stand at Excel, we staggered into this restaurant, desperate for good food, a drink and a comfortable sit down. We scored 10/10 on all three. We all ordered steaks of various types, I had the T-Bone and it was just lovely, Perfectly cooked and delivered with the minimum of fuss.

I would question why... Lived on this street for 13 years and I'm still waiting for a decent restaurant to occupy this great location. I tried when they first opened up and it wasn't good but I put it down to them still trying to get it together. So I returned a few years later and...Menu uninspired, the quality of the food and service... Very nice fish dinner service good wine excellent not expensive .nice atomphere and location little bit up river from the excel First visit to this restaurant but really enjoyed the food and the ambience which it represents. Well worth paying a visit for yourself if as we were you are in London on business. We started with a sharing platter of cheeses, hams and lovely bread - a really nice way to start the meal alongside a lovely bottle of Shiraz. Then we had a really long wait for our cote de boef, the menu said 40 minutes but it actually took an hour and 20 minutes. This is a meal for two to... Found this restaurant as we were staying in crowne plaza opposite.

The food was great, there were 4 of us and we all had different meals and they were all really tasty. The service was really good all the staff were really polite and friendly. We would definitely recommend this restaurant and would go again. It was winter when we... We visited here on Saturday for a birthday. There were 6 of us. The starters came out and were different to what had been ordered, my ceaser salad was missing croutons and parmesan , and the lettuce was frozen in parts. However I just ate the food as didn't want to cause a scene. Then the mains came out ,... I liked the staff, which was really friendly and the food was up to a restaurant standard, but the thing that isn't fine is the Service Charge already being in the bill. Not happy about it. We decided at last minute to try here mainly based on the good number of other dinners, generally a good indication and we were not disappointed. Staff very good choice from menu excellent and considering location great value.
