I use this for riced cauliflower and quinoa since its incredibly difficult to roll them using a mat.Hardest part of making sushi rolls is getting the rice tightly packed, this does it perfectly. I think I received a CHEAP knockoff. There's no "logo" on it. The plastic is discolored. Instructions came ONLY in French. ( this is not rocket science. Super easy to use! Works great, yet the instructions a re in a different language.
