Many of our lunch menus feature a lower priced “Blue Plate” or “Daily Chef’s Special” and many of our dinner menus also feature a selection of lower priced Lite Entrees and Sandwiches. Question: Do you offer healthy options? Answer: Seafood in general provides a very healthy source of protein. All of our restaurants can accommodate requests to simply grill any variety of seafood without added sauce or other accompaniments.
