This is one of the best sushi restaurants I've ever been to. The tuna carpaccio was incredible - I love when sushi chefs pair tuna with fruit! I also had the Marry Me roll which has strawberry and a kiwi-lime sauce. Unique flavors but so delicious. I will be back the next time I am in town. I must say your get what you pay for. The prices certainly match the size sashimi you get. We were on a casual night out and this place was walking distance from our hotel. The atmosphere was easy going and not too loud. We always prefer to sit at the sushi bar. ( It's like a show) I nipped in here last week for lunch and it was superb. Great service and awesome sushi!! If you time it right and hit happy hour - it's fabulous value too! This was my second time to PKS. I love their food. You can not go wrong. We visited the first time in July.
