This is one of the best sushi restaurants I've ever been to. The tuna carpaccio was incredible - I love when sushi chefs pair tuna with fruit! I also had the Marry Me roll which has strawberry and a kiwi-lime sauce. Unique flavors but so delicious. I will be back the next time I am in town. I must say your get what you pay for. The prices certainly match the size sashimi you get. We were on a casual night out and this place was walking distance from our hotel. The atmosphere was easy going and not too loud. We always prefer to sit at the sushi bar. ( It's like a show) I nipped in here last week for lunch and it was superb. Great service and awesome sushi!! If you time it right and hit happy hour - it's fabulous value too! This was my second time to PKS. I love their food. You can not go wrong. We visited the first time in July. Forgot the name of the roll. The drinks were fantastic too. Me and my girlfriend popped in here after walking 6th street, and it was a surprisingly nice space tucked away with an innocuous entrance. Great decor, and the bullet roll was amazing. Same with their tempura and shishito peppers, which are some of the best I've ever tasted. Fresh, delicious, hand made sushi rolls. Appetizer of spicy edamame was very tasty. All Piranha locations are great, including Arlington and Ft. Worth TX.
