We loved it me my husband (who's not a grea A small group of associates met in the Kato Sushi in Weslaco. They have a good lunch selection. The California rolls and Tepinyaki was very good. The wait service was professional and the service was quick. They had a nice private room so we were able to talk about business without interruption. We all enjoyed this experience. Had dinner @ Kato Sushi in Edinburg, TX. very friendly & accomadating. Portions were more than enough. The only criticism is one of the dishes came out way before the sushi did.
