I was fortunate enough to be able to sample this once in a lifetime experience during my recent trip to Tokyo. As someone who has watched the documentary, Jiro Dreams of Sushi, I was particularly intrigued by the obsessive drive for perfection exuded by the chef and his son in preparing the ingredients and different types of sushi. We were told to read the restaurant rules before our reservations. We were served by Jiro's son who did an amazing job. The sushi was absolutely amazing.
