I got four delicious rolls and I had then in 10 minutes. Looked nice inside as well for a suit down meal. need to ask for everything water , extra napkins, silverware, chinese noodles, fortune cookies duck sauce I love Chinese food, not Sushi, but this place was kind of average. It was recommended by friends, but wouldn't go back there again. I've lived in the Trinity area for almost three years, but never ate at Ichiban. Boy, was that a mistake. Coming from the north (NJ/PA), I've struggled to find a nearby restaurant with the quality of Chinese food that I am used to. We finally found it, and it's close to our home! We had the Vegetable... My wife and I go to this restaurant very often and we have never had a bad meal...Food is fresh and always hot and they do not skimp on the amount that they put on your plate....

We have tried about 1/2 of their menu and we have never been let down....Close by easy to get to and friendly service... My family has been going to this place since it opened years ago.
