This disappointed on many levels. Our server was unfriendly and almost unwilling to allow us to share items. We told her we would start with a couple of rolls and then probably order more. Instead, she placed the bill... Maybe it was a mistake to try a sushi restaurant in the middle of Kentucky, but we have some excellent ones in Cincinnati and these was rated as one of the top places for lunch in Bowling Green by Google. I have to say, the parking lot looked promising. We took one of the last parking spots available. If you want good sushi for a good price, eat here! Very nice place with good sushi and hibachi!!! The drinks are priced very reasonable as well as the food. The spicy chicken hibachi meal is so good, as well as the sushi. Both, the food and the service is average. There are better options in town, where you can indulge in blanded-down Japanese food. This new location open up and the food and sushi is the best I have ever had. The Lobster roll was very good

“It was so good what happen?” Great new location next door to Q'doba. Try the fire roll ---the set it on fire & bring to your table--kind of cool! Excellent sushi menu--we had to ask for the specialty sushi menu. This is not your typical hibachi--they don't have hibachi tables. They bring endless soup--they bring soup out first. Glad we tried it. They have booths--we like... Just tried out the new location in Bowling Green. The place was classy and fresh. The place looked great!! Someone had mentions "Fast Foody" Not anymore. The food, as always, was perfect, and the service never better. The service and food had always been great but the new location off of Scottsville Road by K-Mart is a... My "sesame chicken" and my wife's "teriyaki beef" were both overly salty and overcooked. The fried rice was just rice, nothing else in it (but not white). The Gyoza apptizers (grilled potstickers) and eggrolls were similarly overcooked. So, although the flavors were pretty good, and the prices very decent, the fact that everything was overdone detracted as did the overuse...

I am not a fan of mayo on sushi. Apparently the "special sauce" used on everything was inherited from the McDonalds they renovated for their location.
