We run a fleet of 120 bicycles that are also used for running errands and attending meetings. We believe in working with our neighbours and use local bakers, green grocers and butchers, where possible, for our ingredients. All out suppliers are within a 4 mile radius of our kitchens. Part of our Local Community We work with local charities for redistributing our unsold items each day. We hire our team from the local area and all our sandwiches are made by hand - no machines - therefore keeping people in work.
