Our cuisine is prepared from recipes passed down through generations, by top skilled chefs from each region.As Home Delivery Supervisor, you will be responsible for the smooth running of the group’s home delivery service which operates from five of our restaurants.

Your role will be centred on ensuring all of our customers continue to receive the correct deliveries in an efficient manner to the highest standards of quality in accordance with the company standard. •The role is a full-time position of 5 days per week including weekends & bank holidays•Usual working hours: 3-11pm - a total of 8 hours per day, approx. 40 hours per week•The role location is based primarily at the Masala Zone delivery centre in Earls Court, however you will be expected to frequently attend the company head office for operations meetings and administrationFull responsibility for the management of the home delivery servicesushi bonsai essen online, including:•Supervise and co-ordinate the home delivery service in Masala Zone Restaurants in Soho, Camden, Earls Court, Islington, Bayswater•Ensuring all customer orders are delivered correctly in a timely and polite manner•Responsibility for dealing with all customer complaints or queries•Anticipation of any potential delivery service issues and readiness to discuss solutions with the Head of Operations•Track sales and customers feedback by accessing reports in all restaurantsbest sushi london england
