If you can't see what you want on the carousel it's always made for you. It's clean, and the prep area is in full view of all diners. Nice selection of dishes on the carousel with hot street food available to order as well. Some great tasting dishes and efficient service as I would expect. I love coming here because the food is always so fresh and delicious. The service is good too. It's quite expensive so is only an occasional treat. The sushi here is some of the best in southampton and being able to see the whole menu in front of you and then choose makes this a great place to try something new.

All the dishes are cooked incredibly well and the staff are very attentive. We visited West Quay shopping centre and decided to have lunch at Yo Sushi. We were greeted immediately by the manager at the entrance of the restaurant, he was very friendly and polite. We asked if there was a spare booth available and he immediately cleaned it for us. Once we had sat down the manager asked us if we... We went at 17:30 on Friday evening. Many of the dishes on the conveyor belt were past the expiry time. The selection was also poor. I recommend ordering food not on the belt if you want a fresh meal. We ate here while on a shopping trip at West Quay and although it was about 1:30pm and it was very busy we were seated within 10 mins. As usual the food was brilliant and the kids loved it as did we bit the service was quite poor. When we were seated someone came to take our drinks order and... We sat at the bar and watched the staff cooking the food. Quite entertaining watching them argue and one of them stormed out at one point.

Was walking around in jeans and was quite arrogant to be honest. I referred to dough balls in the menu and he laughed and asked if I'd really just said dough balls...
