Do find some dishes a bit pricey too Not the cleanest yo sushi I have visited but it wouldn't... I've been in the past in different Yo! Sushi across UK, but this one was the best for me. I was in the business trip in Edinburg and was looking for a healthy, collation meal (which is not always easy).

Better I think than the one on Princes St. Chicken Teriyaki was superb!! Regular visitor to Yo Sushi. My most recent visit was a mixed bag. The service was painfully slow waiting over half an hour for some ordered dishes. Staff were friendly enough but the kitchen just couldn't cope... may have been a blip but it's not a cheap option when hungry so should be far more efficient.
mac sushi kiss dupethe blue haired host was polite, welcoming and so professional.
sushi grade salmon in torontoFood was great and not a bad word to say. i think however disney maybe missing a prince Went on a Monday which gives great value as all plates are £2.80 Staff lovely Device great Would recommend My wife and I popped in for lunch, as we often do whilst in Edinburgh. As ever, the choice of food was excellent, the quality likewise, and the staff helpful and professional.

This is the best Yo Sushi we have experienced. “A very pleasant surprise” Staff were good attentive service from the beginning you walked in to the moment you left, only slight problem is the soft drinks are expensive. The food was very good. Back in Edinburgh soon I shall return. We went for a late bite to eat and a glass of wine after shopping. It's was 430pm on a Sunday. Nobody was there to offer us a seat so we just sat down. The guy serving was at the other side of the room on his mobile and even though he did see us arrive we eventually had to... Over the last few years we've eaten sushi here on several occasions and always found it very good if a bit on the expensive side. We prefer the booths for four rather than the high chairs. Still and sparkling water is free and there is plenty of ginger etc to add to the small plates of food off the conveyor... Went Mon 19th December. Was pleasantly suprised blue Monday was on during festive period. Went at 12.10 and it was really busy.

3 of us we got choice to wait for booth or sit at small window booth for 2 with one of us on stool. We went for that option ad didn't know how long wait would be. “bit slow but good food” We are mad about sushi & headed to Yo Sushi for a feast. I have gone to the restaurant at airports but this was my first time to visit one in the city. We really like that we could choose what we wanted either by picking up our choice from the conveyor belt or asking a waiter. I love Yo Sushi. I have been to many all over this country and this is by far the worst restaurant I have been to is quite some time. Not only did I have to send plates back after ordering it from the waitress I felt physically ill afterwards. I ordered tempura and go nothing but batter.... I have been to Yo Sushi is other cities.....and I have been to many other Japanese restaurants around the world. This was the worst sushi I have ever eaten. Completely and utterly tasteless. Plates were well past their use by and still going around on the belt.

Service was slow and poor! I am not very experienced with sushi but when we came here we had a lot of fun and really enjoyed it! Will certainly visit again! Probably the worst Japanese I have ever eaten, even for a chain. There were dishes on the belt which were past their eat by time, by hours. The water tap had some brown slime hanging out of it when the water was flowing. Tasteless and extremely expensive. There are better Japanese restaurants in Edinburgh offering freshly dishes, and not nearly... What a view ! It was perfect ! Having been to several yo!sushi restaurants before we knew what to expect but Edinburgh your location is fabulous. We had a view of the castle to one side and a view of the Christmas market to the other . We will see you again next time We regularly visit yo sushi back home, but this time I was visiting Edinburgh for business and the service was great as always. Was sat at the bar with a great view of the Edinburgh castle and princes street
