During his tenure, Nadim worked closely with a number of portfolio companies, including YO! Sushi to support them in a range of strategic, financial and operational activities. Nadim holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, MS from Stanford University and BE(Hons) from the American University of Beirut. Charlie has over 13 years of experience in creating and operating concepts, ranging from coffee shops, quick service restaurants, fast casual, casual dining, and upscale restaurants of world class brands such as Starbucks, Tony Roma’s and many more. Before joining Eathos, Charlie spent over 4 years in Qatar as the Head of the Restaurant Division operating upscale restaurants. Garo has over 10 years’ experience in restaurant operations and brand management, graduating with a business degree specialising in hospitality management from Notre Dame University (NDU).
He has worked with the leading lifestyle group Azadea to develop their F&B franchise portfolio in Lebanon, Dubai and Kuwait. Briefly put, Wafic has broad experience in the Food Service Industry, ranging from Fine Dining concepts creation and management with big name chefs, to casual dining, to coffee shops and quick service restaurants. Wafic has been a franchisee, a franchisor, and has worked on standardizing operations of family owned concepts, setting up the franchise manuals and preparing them for franchising (Lebanese Restaurant, Nutrition Catering, Coffee Shop). He initially studied law but quickly decided to pursue his passion for F&B. Diana Studied Law in Beirut where she developed a passionate interest in Human Rights that lead her to pursue a career in Human Resources. After obtaining her PHR Certification, Diana worked for several companies in Beirut and Dubai, in the fields of Manufacturing and Food & Beverages, where she was able to develop her knowledge of the industry and the region’s requirements and best practices.

Throughout his career, he gathered a vast experience working for major groups of the Region, namely in both the UAE and KSA. Focusing on all phases of construction, from design, to planning & execution, Lucien has managed to consistently complete dozens of projects for reputable brands in various sectors; Hospitality, Retail and Food & Beverages. Never shying away from a challenge, Lucien has become a reference in all technical and operational aspects related to setting up F&B establishments in the Gulf.
Amy moved from the United States to Jordan in 2010 and fell in love with the cultures, cuisines, and challenges of doing business in the MENA region. She thrives on taking new brands into new markets and has implemented successful marketing campaigns in Jordan, Qatar, Oman, United Arab Emirates, Kuwait, Bahrain, and Saudi Arabia. Prior to joining eathos, Amy was an Account Director for McCollins Media in Dubai, managing the online and offline account teams for clients like Paavo’s Pizza, Cantina Mariachi, Alison Neilson’s Chocolate Bar, Studio Masr, Energizer, and DipnDip. Before eating her way through a career in F&B, Amy gained an in-depth knowledge of the regional retail landscape while working for the fashion conglomerate Apparel Group. Amy holds a degree in Management from the Georgia Institute of Technology and believes in data-driven, ROI-focused marketing. She loves quick-service and full-service restaurants in equal measure and thinks that almost anything is better with cheese.
