The lady who served me Nikki was such a genuine lovely member. An absolute asset to your company. I live in Liverpool but work in Chester, will be travelling here with friends and family just from this experience...highly recommend!

I love Yo Sushi and eat regularly at the one in the Trafford Centre and central Manchester. However, the Chester restaurant is terrible! My favourite thing is the salmon and avocado handroll. In Chester I was given such an emaciated excuse for a handroll, that I had to complain and ask for another one with more of everything in it.... Being a lover of sushi I visit yo sushi resturants regularly always having great experiences in Cheshire oaks restaurant as well as the Trafford centre one. Cheste tonight the other hand is consistently bad, the staff always seem to be running around but they never seem to be doing anything. Food is left on the belt rotating until it is... Fun place to go to with kids. Great service but expensive. They do a deal on Mondays where all sushi are much cheaper. Having been twice over the summer and received a delivery from this restaurant once to my house, I can now safely say that this place is consistently poor. The staff who 'welcome' and seat you are the antithesis of welcoming.

The layout is awkward and the food has consistently tasted stale (especially the rice), which in a sushi restaurant is... We used to come here all the time, the food was once excellent and we used to love the California Hand Rolls here. That is until they have quite evidently employed new staff who need to be retrained how to make them properly. We now go to the Cheshire Oaks YO Sushi restaurant where the food is better, the food... “We're regulars here 😂” Went to the Chester yo Susi for a meal the meal was fab and a Hugh choice . You can see where all the food is prepared and the hot section , I did ask the names of the girls on these sections and you could see how busy the restaurant was and these girls never stopped preparing and getting... Our most disappointing visit to a Yo! sushi ever, and it's put me off going to one ever again. Minor point that the air con was on so high it was uncomfortably cold, the major point is the food was awful. We had to send two dishes back, one tasted awful and the other had burned rice in it.
