We have been to a few Yo Sushis an this was probably the worst. Tables were sticky, service was slow. The food was average.
where to buy sashimi grade salmon torontoNot one I'd return to I'm afraid. The Yo Shushi brand needs to be re-visited. The belt goes round half empty, orders placed sometimes don't come and I question the cleanliness of the place. The floor is often dirty particularly the preparation area and the cost of the food is quite outrageous. I've watched the staff sneeze or cough into their hands and not wash them afterwards... Very pleasant evening until i see movement out of my peripherals from the centre kitchen area. I doubled back my gaze and saw a rat running straight past me! We were sitting at the back- just behind the kitchen exit, where the rat had came from. It ran past straight underneath the fridges at the back, presumably to another kitchen...
Tho it's pricey, the sushi 🍣 was amazing don't get much for the price, love the salmon sushi and katsu.. .fter eating u can window shop great place!! This is basically a so called Japanese Sushi operation that's operated by a European chain and employs non Japanese employees that fettles around with basic Japanese sushi and teriyaki. They haven't a clue how to cut real sushi nor have they any idea of how to cook. All sauces are pre-purchased and all the staff are doing is reheating and... I find the inclusive 'weight loss program' at the Brent Cross branch intriguing; I have only eaten there twice, and both times my body has purged itself within 30 minutes of leaving. £28 spent on lunch, and virtually zero calorie intake! My friends and I visited Yo Sushi yesterday with our children (9 girls in total aged 5). I booked a sushi making class as an after-school activity. What an amazing idea! Everything was dealt with smoothly, from my first enquiry over the phone to the class.
Deividas, the manager at the Brent Cross branch was extremely professional, friendly and accommodating.... Stale rice and the restaurant was not particularly clean. Very little choice on the conveyor belt ( no salmon and no tuna sushi at all) so we had to order a lot. We knew we were taking a chance as it is a massive chain but having previously been to the embankment Yo Sushi (which was better) , we were... The food is quite nice....superb plus the shop floor is so tidy & clean. Great staff 👍🏼 I would recommend this place if you are looking a Japanese food for a change 👍🏼 Lad a very nice time when we decided to go to Yo Sushi, which I must say was quite a struggle to find but when we did get there we had to wait a couple of minutes until the very flustered waitress came and seated us. The "kitchen is in the middle of the square seating which was quite interesting...
