California rolls barely had avocado anything else as you see in the picture and the sashimis were very small. Also tge food came warm! The name must be changed, the sushi rolls they are serving are horrible. The smell of the salmon is very bad! It should not be called sushi, for sure if they have tried the proper sushi they would have shut down their restaurant!
I barely had 2 plates then asked for the bill and had our dinner at another restaurant.... I lived in London several years and use to go to yo sushi all the time and loved it!!! In Dubai it's unfortunately not the same experience... the selection of plates circulating is limited and in one of the branches (Ibn batuta) there were so many flies flying around my food that I decided to ask for the bill after... There are certain places that are close to your heart in a city and every time you walk past them, you are flooded with memories of good times spent there. For me, that includes all the good food eaten there. Sushi, is one of those places to me. As opposed to your general supposition it is not an American... My comments is not for this branch but for The Mall of the Emirates! I am a big fan of Yo Sushi as i generally have a positive experience when I eat in any of their outlets. However recent visit to the MOE branch was disastrous. We've waited about 20 minutes for Miso soup to arrive, the dishes we've ordered...
