I have ordered California roll and salmon sashimi. California rolls barely had avocado anything else as you see in the picture and the sashimis were very small. Also tge food came warm! The name must be changed, the sushi rolls they are serving are horrible.
buy sushi drift tiresThe smell of the salmon is very bad!
sushi grade fish campaignIt should not be called sushi, for sure if they have tried the proper sushi they would have shut down their restaurant! I barely had 2 plates then asked for the bill and had our dinner at another restaurant.... I lived in London several years and use to go to yo sushi all the time and loved it!!! In Dubai it's unfortunately not the same experience... the selection of plates circulating is limited and in one of the branches (Ibn batuta) there were so many flies flying around my food that I decided to ask for the bill after...

There are certain places that are close to your heart in a city and every time you walk past them, you are flooded with memories of good times spent there. For me, that includes all the good food eaten there. Sushi, is one of those places to me. As opposed to your general supposition it is not an American... My comments is not for this branch but for The Mall of the Emirates! I am a big fan of Yo Sushi as i generally have a positive experience when I eat in any of their outlets. However recent visit to the MOE branch was disastrous. We've waited about 20 minutes for Miso soup to arrive, the dishes we've ordered...Sushi wasn't a good sushi place after trying it several times, but recently they changed their food quality (as I believe) and turned it to a popular and truly quality Sushi restaurant. Now I eat there twice a week, the service and food are good. A bit expensive but its affordable during Blue Mondays! I heard a lot about this place. I enjoyed the food coming by on the automated belt and selecting lunch in that manner , the rest of the experience was so -so.

Food less than average and service not too good. Sushi belt and ala carte order for warm dishes. Found it good value for money. outstanding service, sushi was nice and fresh. wish they had wifi for guests as their neighbors. Another fabulous lunch at another fabulous Yo! Great food, great service, great price. Particularly loved the Salmon & Yuzu Tartar but did miss my usual custard doriyaki. Take a global foodie tour of impressively decorated dinersHear comes Dubai’s revolving Sushi place, and the biggest Game Color paid concept. You have to pay for your favorite color plates, yes it is, choose your color from the revolving tray and the waiter will come and give you bill according to it. Sushi’s dishes are freshly prepared in the restaurants daily by their nifty kitchen ninjas, whether to dine in, for takeaway or delivery. Although sushi is at the heart of their concept and brand, you can choose from over 90 Japanese inspired items, including delicious soups, rice or noodle-based dishes, salads, tempura and even hot classics like Chicken Katsu Curry, Salmon Teriyaki or Vegetable Yakisoba. I visited the Marina Mall Branch for Friday lunch, WHEWWW what a crowd amidst the colorful plates inside, the decor was very gaudy and colorful, decorated lights hanging from walls, a comfy seating and the revolving tray attached with each table, the best part is you know what you are eating and you can choose by the dish itself.

The menu as simple just see and eat your favorite color plates with the dish on that. Here comes my Yo Sushi journey. Here’s the organic drink, Apple & Cherry and Apple & Ginger, very refreshing and 100% fresh. Spicy Chicken Katsu, prepared with crispy chicken, katsu sauce, shichimi powder (Japanese chilli). A cooked Sushi for all spicy lovers. Done with perfection and served with generosity. Spicy Crunchy Prawn, prepared with crunchy tempura prawns and spicy mayonnaise dip. As a prawn lover this one was my personal hit. California Roll, done with Crabstick, Avocado, Mayonnaise and Sesame Seeds. The crabs were cold cuts but perfectly done and the mayonnaise was the highlight of the Sushi Roll for this. Miso Black Cod, pan fried miso-mirin marinated black cod, lotus chips, ginger root. It was a tender and succulent fish in my mouth, melted in one shot. The sauce used added to the character of the fish. Beef Teriyaki, grilled Beef in a sticky, sweet and tangy soy sauce.

Delicious and Succulent piece of perfectly done beefs infused with the sauce till the last bite. Spicy Tuna Roll, done with raw Tuna and Shichimi sauce. I am not a fan of the raw concept of Sushi but this entirely changed my concept of eating. The best i could ever have. Chicken Fried Rice, a perfect well done rice with chunks of chicken pieces done with spring onions for toppings. Smoked Salmon & Cream Cheese, the hit of the evening, wrapped in Smoked Salmon with fillings of Cucumber and cream Cheese. A must try at Yo Sushi!!! Now here cones a traditional dessert from Japan, Mochi done with glutinous rice cake with red bean filling. It was a sort of ice cream family, chill and so chocolaty. From the Tea section we had the Japanese Herbal Relaxation Tea, prepared with herbal infuse rooisbos leaves and Japanese Sencha, prepared with green tea with cinnamon. A refreshing treat after a Sushi meal. Overall it was amazing experience amidst the revolving colored Sushi plates.
