With just over 30 seating capacity, it’s the perfect intimate shop to have a quiet meal. Within just two years we opened our second and larger branch located in Mina. This restaurant boasts over 50 seating capacity and a well-suited place for events and group gatherings. Our central kitchen is located in Mussafah and this is how we are able to deliver all over Abu Dhabi.

Renato L. Mat Castro JrHead Sushi Chef Renato L. Mat Castro Jr. has been with Sushi Central Restaurant since November 2012. It was his passion for seafood that motivated him to join Sushi Central. He moved to Abu Dhabi to work as Head Sushi Chef and now he is living his dream job. Renato believes in using local produce as much as possible and also sustainability when using seafood. He has worked in seafood restaurants for the past 17 years and continues to wow his customers with his delicious creations from his extensive knowledge and enthusiasm for food. He has always been passionate about fresh, quality food, and that passion is evident in every item we feature on our menu at Sushi Central Restaurant.
