While it might not be the top of the line as far as rollers are concerned, the value is incredible. Does the job and does it well. I've made many rolls on these mats and they're super easy to clean. I also use them also to cover bowls when I'm soaking beans or nuts, or to keep food slightly warm while I finish preparing a meal.
