sushi san francisco noe valley

” HAPPY HOLIDAYS! ” A handful of seats along the L-shaped counter and a smattering of high and low tables are all the comforts one needs at this petite Noe Valley sushi bar. The talented team works behind a display case of fresh and appetizing fish, topped with little jars of powders and seasoned salts. *ZAGAT  rated Noe Valleyites dine “cheek by jowl” at this “tiny” Japanese offering “fresh, delicious” classic and nouveau sushi and a “carefully thought-out” sake list“We had the pleasure of meeting Chef Jiro and he prepared us an amazing omakase meal we will never forget.” “Picky eaters can have ramen soup or tempura, and the staff is great towards the kids.” “Anyway, on to the fish: All the old standbys were excellent, including toro, sake, kanpachi, hamachi, unagi, and hirame.” Show more review highlights "We came on a Saturday night and the restaurant was fairly empty probably because the establishment is pretty new.
We had a rather amusing waiter who gave us rather honest opinions about the food. "I have to say I found this spot because of Yelp while looking for a quick meal after a movie, I can't complain about a thing, and the prices when I ate at night was about what you would expect to pay for…" Sugoi Sushi is a new Japanese restaurant that is located at the hot spot of the Valencia area. The goal of Sugoi Sushi is provided the best quality of sushi, Japanese cuisine and service in the neighborhood. "My boyfriend took me to this place for Valentine's Day because I told him I wanted a pretty view. This place was perfect because it was at the edge of pier 39 with a view of the bay. Was searching for sushi near me when I was visiting San Francisco and stumbled upon this spot. We sat at the sushi bar. Delicious, fresh, tasty sushi!!! We ordered our favorites as well as specials and non sushi items. Service was great too. I wanted to go back but didn't make it. These are our favorites and we get them every time we go which is about once every 2 weeks.
We have tried other things to eat at Hamano Sushi but continue to like these the best: Dolores, the Elizabeth, almond sprimp, King Salmon and we split a beer. There is a coupon we sometimes get that gives us a discount... Have been here twice while visiting a friend who lives nearby. The sushi is good, and a good value. Service is friendly and attentive. While you wouldn't necessarily go out of your way to drive there, Hamano is a great choice if you live in Noe. Seems family-friendly, too - we saw lots of family diners. But it was not... Focus on the appetizers, they are great! The almond shrimp, the soft shell crab. The teriyaki salmon was also good. As we usually had an early dinner there was a 10% happy hour discount. Nice to go with children too, staff very friendly! Amex Card Member Review If I could do halfs, I would give them 3.5. Been here a few times now and the food definitely varies depending on what you order. Definitely stick with the sushi, nigiri and sashimi, and don't even bother with the rolls.
Aji, especially, is fantastic here. I recommend sitting at the sushi bar. This is always a favorite of ours when we visit Noe Valley. Excellent fish- tasty and interesting preparations as well Stopped in here to have a drink while I waited for a bridal shower nearby to finish. sushi conveyor belt floridaBeing from Atlanta I'm generally skeptical about sushi places as we don't have ocean views. sushi delivery online fortalezaI waa amazed at how friendly the staff and Jero the sushi master was. sushi online bestellen amstelveenImmediately felt confident in the quality of food and was impressed at how fresh...comprar arroz sushi online
I am a repeated customer at this restaurant. The food is fresh, simple, and basically Japanese comfort food. Love their agedashi tofu and bento boxed dinners. The fish here is terrific and the presentation is very good to excellent. The service is very efficient but slightly saccharine. The prices are slightly higher than elsewhere but it has the "Noe Valley markup" like most other businesses in the neighborhood. Unfortunately, the decor is equivalent to that of mundane hotel restaurant located somewhere in the middle of nowhere.... Jero is an extremely knowledgable and fastidious chef, providing the most mouth watering sushi on the planet. The fish is so spectacularly fresh that the over use of sauces and extra condiments is sacrilegious. I traveled all the way from Portola Valley to enjoy it again.He has big plans for the spaceSaru Sushi BarToday's hours12:00pm - 2:00pm, 5:30pm - 9:30pmThe Zagat Review “Look no further” than this Noe Valley storefront serving “superb” Japanese cuisine highlighted by some of the “most succulent” sushi from around the globe and “divine” appetizers that fans simply “cannot get enough” of;
