There's an invisible bad guy afoot and only Maguro's powers allow her to see it. The rest of the pack must learn to trust Maguro based on her track record. Stressed by a huge donut order, Ben unloads on Wasabi, hurting the little guy's feelings and the putting the Sushi Pack in danger as a hurt Wasabi doesn't want to defend Wharf City from a egomaniacal frozen pea. Trapped in an asteroid that is about to crash, Maguro and Tako waste time arguing in flashbacks about their very different perspectives on how they got into their predicament. It's different, quick to play (all players to a certain degree are playing at once, so you're always engaged), and at a good price-point. Young and old can both enjoy it. But all the other super positive ratings needed a little balance here. For example, my family and I had only played it two times before we wished there were more cards so there could be some variety (where art thou, spicy tuna!). They could have easily added 2 or 3 cards that would have added more variation without making it harder for younger people to pick up. Even as a "filler game" for more advanced players, you'll play it a couple times a night maybe and that will be enough. Games take about 10-15 minutes.Adults can play it and have fun; don't let this review scare you off.
