Cejas School of Architecture Building 11200 SW 8th Street Miami, Florida 33199 On Thursday, April 3rd, Sushi Samba on Lincoln Road played host to a happy hour event for Miami Beach Urban Studios’ students, faculty, staff, and Miami Beach neighbors. After caipirinhas, edamame, roasted peppers and sushi rolls, Director of Miami Beach Urban Studios John Stuart took a few moments to thank everyone who attended. He discussed how MBUS is uniquely situated in the middle of Lincoln Road and Miami Beach, and that allows our students greater access to an urban environment that can stimulate and invigorate their educational experience. Maximilliano Silva, General Manager of Sushi Samba, also spoke for a few minutes about the intersection of arts, culture, and design that Sushi Samba and MBUS share, and how our partnership will continue on together. The night continued until well after dark, and was declared a rousing success!
