We went last night and the shrimp, crab and vegetable tempura was delivered to our table in less than five minutes...and luke warm. It's obvious they are pre-cooking the regular favorites and stockpiling before serving. The food is always consistently good. Sometimes the employees seem a little disinterested (hit and miss). You can keep ordering so the food is always fresh. I suggest trying: the california tempura roll, tempura vegetables, spicy beef. Good sashimi for dinner. I also like roasted mackerel, which is not available at other local sushi restaurants. Went there a couple of times last summer, and although the first time was average acceptable, the last two times has been very disappointing.
