We are warmly greeted and shown to our regular table as we know the routine here....order lots at once, remember what you ordered, and order more if required. Been coming here for two years and never been disappointed. We all have the hot and sour soup... My friend decided to dine here, and I came along. If was only after reading the reviews, I had to nod my head and agree to all the bad customer service mentioned that I also experienced.

Sushi here is quite salty. We were out of water quite frequently. The second time we tried to get the waiter's attention for more... All you can eat! Lots of different sushis to choose from and other small plates. I recommend this place :) Not worth eating here. Food is absolutely NOT fresh, terrible customer, service even the manger, I order a beef sirloin, it come with a very small (I can't said is small, is TINY), restaurant is dirty, anyway is a very horrible place to go in Ottawa. Never will go and advise to anyone, expensive, you pay around Cad25.00 per person and they count tipping... For a while, sometimes longer than you expect, an all-you-can-eat sushi place stays good, on top of things. Fresh food, good service, but then after a while, things start to slip. Some items ordered aren't brought. The hand rolls start to all taste the same with the sushi nori become stale.

It has started to happen at... “This time lunch was a charm, fresh and very delicious” “Good food, service, but a little pricey.” The Sushi, Sashimi, Maki, all of the food is top notch and fresh. The staff are fabulous, (none speak Japanese) but do speak Mandarin. I have fun tutoring them in really basic Japanese. I've always been impressed. The complaints that I read and rate it poorly are attributle to basic ignorance. 1. Don't go in just before closing and expect... Sushi was great and service was too. They have different kinds of dishes that other sushi places i've been too don't have (like squid). And the best thing is they don't limit the number of specialty items you order like other places. The staff are great, especially May. Its a regular lunch spot for ladies lunch. Good selection, clean, fast service.
