Honshu has always been the bar we measure all other sushi restaurants against. Now it's even better in its new location. Still the same fresh sushi, but in a new environment complete with a bar. The Honshu Roll and Godzilla are favorites, but I've never had one at Honshu that I didn't like. Wow - we feel totally thankful. These people care about their customers. this is a fabulous place very close to Exchange! has also become my favorite delivery option. all rolls are well prepared with quality ingredients. have yet to try any main dishes but all sushi and apps have been superb! We stopped in tonight on Memorial Day looking for a reasonable Japanese option. The place has reasonable sushi options and a couple of ramen choices. The food was good and service friendly. This is our favorite sushi restaurant in Jersey City. The quality of food is always good and well-priced. We came late, just before closing and they accommodated us very nicely. The mango on the white pearl roll was wonderful. The only downside was the tap water was heavily chlorinated and was also apparent in the tea.
