Some of the best hibachi and sushi I have eaten. The service was quick and they were very good to keep glasses full and bring any extras we asked for. We will be back! The food was good and in walking distance to my hotel. My only gripe would be about the limited brand selection of adult beverages. We had the Alabama Roll, Steak Roll, and Steak Bimbibop. Our server Paul was wonderful! Headed home to SC from family visit in TX and stopped to stay overnight at hotel across the street from Yume. Walked over just wanting a quick bite before bed. Attentive and polite service, sushi chef was excellent in preparation and presentation. Hubz had chicken hibachi which was also tasty and all very fresh. Great value and quality! The service was excellent and waitstaff friendly! The food was very good. All in all worth the trip We like the hibachi, but we also like the different sushi. I'm not into raw, but the cooked rolls are really good, and they will adjust the "heat" to what you ask for.

She needs more training or a new job perhaps the local chicken houses is hiring I ordered green curry for take out. When I saw that it was not green, I asked the server and she said that it was their green curry. I'm tasting at back at the hotel and it's not a good basil green curry. So I do not recommend the green curry.
