Service could have ...Service could have been better. Our waitress didn't know how to work the machine for happy hour, and attempted twice to charge us full price. The issue was eventually solved. We will definitely be back. Was this review useful to you?YesNoReport5435We enjoyed our dinner very much. We enjoyed our dinner very much. Birthday celebration for a friend. We weren't in a hurry so it didn't bother us the service was very slow. It often took asking a few times to get what we ordered.YesNoReport5524Awesome experience as always.Awesome experience as always.YesNoReport5555I really have enjoyed Ra's but the last ...I really have enjoyed Ra's but the last two visits had a negative trend. We went there with a large group (10 people - we made reservations). The server was great! The only this was we came for the Clam Udon (my favorite) and there were only 3 portions left -- so they split that among 4 of us.
Then, 3 of us went yesterday, and they were out of the Clam Udon (which I wasn't told until after I ordered). Two of us had ordered it. The server returned to tell us, so we asked for menus. She bought only 1 over. I let my wife look first, then before I had a chance to pick anything, the server returned. So I had her take my wife's order and asked for a few more moments. The server never returned. The kitchen staff brought out dinner for my wife and daughter, and I still had nothing. When the server finally returned, my wife and daughter had done eating. We were heading to a movie, so I went without. Probably won't go back there for a while...YesNoReport3423The sushi was flavorless. It slow and se ...The sushi was flavorless. However, I give 3 stars because they cranked up the music (kind of techno versions of pop songs) at like 7pm.
I just wanted a nice dinner with my husband on his birthday. I couldn't even talk to him without shouting! I get the ambiance thing, but maybe crank the music in the bar and leave it lower in the dining area.tupperware sushi maker receptenYesNoReport423Seated immediately, server was great and ...youda sushi chef pc downloadSeated immediately, server was great and had great recommendations.sushi tei bandung all you can eatYesNoReport555Terrific Sushi and ServiceAt this location (Ahwatukee ), the service is top notch and the food is excellent. sushi in suhl zittauEven though they had setup our table for six inside, two of the women in our group were chilled so we asked to sit outside. sushi grade fish portland oregon
This request wasn't met with a frown or negative comment but a "can do" attitude which really put everyone at ease.sushi online bestellen mannheim We unknowingly landed in happy hour which also made for libations and a few extra platters of sushi very easy to order. seaweed for sushi at walmartAs this was our first time here, our server was not only patient but extremely helpful in suggesting what to order and how many pieces per plate. Everything from the spring rolls to the crab meat wontons, dragon rolls, California rolls, and a few other "rolls" I fail to remember were excellent. Pricing was very reasonable and with drinks was around $25 / person. We weren't rushed and the choice to be outside on a very comfortable evening was a good one. Excellent decoration, space, lighting. Sushi counter and back wall attract people.

The food was fresh and tasty. We hit them with a last minute group of 10 and they handled it like a champ. All in all, it was awesome. I highly recommend RA!YesNoReport555Very good for a chain sushi restaurant. The restaurant had our reservation, but it wasn't needed, as there were quite a few open tables. We were seated in a back windowless area, presumably where the waitress's station was, as that area's tables were full. It would have been nice to be out in the area where the windows were. There was outside seating, but it was a warm evening, so sitting inside was preferable. Our waitress was very attentive and efficient, although the practice of squatting down to be at eye level with the diners always seems to me to be too casual and slightly annoying/patronizing. I liked the inquiry as to whether we wanted our sushi orders brought out as they became ready or when they all were ready.
The food was very good. I especially liked the "Rak" n Roll with shrimp and crab. Also the seabass sashimi with lemon slices was excellent. The yellowtail sashimi was buttery and fresh. My glass of sauvignon blanc was fresh and perfectly chilled. All-in-all, a mostly pleasant experience with tasty food, convenient to the movie theater next door.YesNoReport423Disappointed in new menuWe have been to RA many times and have always enjoyed their selections. This time when we went we found they had discontinued their Salmon carpaccio. This was the best thing on their menu in our opinion. It is what set them apart from the other Sushi restaurants in town. The recommended replacement was dull and basically sashimi with lemon slices. We also had a either a new or absent minded server. We had to ask for our bottle of saki that we had ordered and she forgot ordered fooditems twice. While the food is good, it no longer has an edge to make us come back .YesNoReport332Dont make a reservationsMaking a reservation was completely pointless.
We waited longer than the people who just walked in the door. Hostesses are extremely rude and dont know how to read your reservation.Right next to the AMC 24 movie Ahwatukee movie theater. Had some of their standard rolls. Good but nothing spectacular. But also had one of their specialty rolls. I forgot what it was called but it had shrimp tempura and jalapeno. YesNoReport544Great place for Sushi in the DesertBeing from NYC, I am a full fledged sushi lover! While no one can compare to Sushi Yasuda (sorry Ra!), Ra definitely provides fresh fish and friendly service. Sometimes you do have to remind your waiter to bring rice, soup, or other sides that come with your meal, but overall everyone is friendly, and the food and drinks are delicious.YesNoReport443Loved itThe server gave great recommendations on sushi & the sake bar. However she did not come back, we wanted more sake but by the time she returned we changed our mind.Cool place to gatherRA Sushi is a great place to hang out.
