A trustworthy, family-owned business that dates back to 1975. I was so looking forward to going to Trappers Fish Camp and couldn't wait to try the Blackened Redfish and the Crawfish Ettoufee. When we walked into the restaurant I loved the rustic decor of the place. We were seated immediately to our table and a server came very quickly to take our order. We haven't had alligator since we... Cannot go wrong with the prime rib. They have everything from seared ahi tuna to BBQ quail to alligator with creole sauce. The Cheesecake Factory deserts are a wonderful finish. So glad you enjoyed it! We actually do not serve any desserts from The Cheesecake Factory.... sorry for the confusion but glad you enjoyed the dessert though! Thanks for the review and we hope to see again soon! A group of eight visited this restaurant mid day around 2... several waitresses and we had semi poor service but I think they were trying to train a new girl. It was very good food, amazing oysters.

We had an array of items at our table and everyone seemed to enjoy it. Blackened Tuna, Trappers Catch, and the Prime rib... So glad you enjoyed your food! We got a booth in the back and I could see the outside through a crack in the wall. The night we were there service was a little slow. Our waitress seemed a little overwhelmed by all the... We ate here one night after the World QH show. Everyone in our group had a type of fish specialty. All were excellent- Our wait person was very attentive and the food arrived very quickly.
