Tandoori chicken was very nice for the others i really cannot judge. The tandoori chicken was Outstanding! The chicken was perfectly cooked, the flavour was great, the rice was fluffy and the Naan bread perfect and all washed down with a cool Cobra beer! I asked for my wife's tandoori to be less spicy and it came exactly as asked.

Started the meal with popadoms whilst the waiter was taking the order she started coughing I asked the waiter for a glass of water to help her, he stood there still trying to take the order, when we made it clear NOW he eventually went off and got a glass of water but wasted time getting ice and trimmings. We walked from our Air BnB near Portobello Rd only 10-15 min - so worth it. Have been craving Indian during our stay and did not disappoint. 2 adults and 2 kids enjoyed all dishes, naan best I've tasted. Very reasonably priced all mains we had under £10. Very busy good atmosphere staff very efficient. A little rushed as it was a busy night however with 3 kids it was well worth it. A good find within walking distance from the tube. I was put directly under the door blower. It's cold outside - the first properly autumnal day, but the blower is blowing cold air. It's like sitting in a permanent draft. My request to move is greeted with first astonishment then eye-rolling. They look around them as if trying to imagine where they can possibly squeeze me... Stopped by the restaurant on a Friday night and it was packed. Wait was 45 minutes, so we moved on (very hungry). Went back on Sunday night (made a reservation this time). Only a handful of people inside. Our food was average, nothing special.
