They operate fast paced and high volume stores and due to ongoing success have some very exciting expansion and development plans in place. This Store Operations Training role will see you in a hugely key position for this business and you will be involved in developing a culture of excellence at every level within the stores. You will be supporting the in store operational teams through creating a positive learning environment and ensuring all members are fully trained to achieve their maximum potential.

Upskilling all levels of staff and management across the business and able to confidently advise staff and managers to support their personal career development and learning Involvement in ensurimng the training plan you put together attracts, retains and develops talented individuals You must have a huge passion for and experience within delivering hands on training on making product, health & saffety procedure, brand standard, customer service and in house systems Delivering confident coaching and group training Adhering to strict brand standards and product control Ideally you will have an interest in developing learning and implementing solutions and tools. You will look to put your own stamp and personality on the training we provide. This is a both a field and London office based role which will require you to travel to deliver training and support all the stores. This may also involve some overnight stays where needed You will have a true passion for training and developing people at staff and management levels within food production and service.

Ideally high volume operations and mjst be able to demonstrate success within your career in this area. A fantastic communicator who can motivate and encourage people at all levels within the stores to perform to standards of excellence and consistency alway Confidence and credibility coupled with excellent verbal and written communication skills and able to truly influence and inspire others. Flexible on working hours to suit the needs of the on-job training Have your own transport and able to travel where needed with some overnight stays where required We are very keen to talk to ambitious and driven Area Trainer, Area Coach, Training Focused RGM, Senior Unit Manager or QSR / Pizza Delivery / Restaurant Manager from a ‘branded operation’ with a huge passion for people development and looking to move into an operational training role.
