• Follow the instructions and recommendations from the immediate Superiors to complete the daily tasks • Ensure the highest standards and consistent quality in the daily preparation and keep up to date with the new products, recipes and preparation techniques • Coordinate and participate with other sections of requirements, cleanliness, wastage and cost control Education, Qualifications & Experiences You should have a professional kitchen apprenticeship or chefs training course and previous experiences in quality establishments along with good culinary skills. The ability to communicate in English and a proven track of food preparation, presentation and preservation knowledge is an essential. The ideal candidate will be positively spirited and passionate about food and be committed to work together with the service team to deliver an amazing guest experiences every time. You are a very positive, dynamic, creative and dedicated team player with the ability to work in a multicultural environment and under difficult condition, while possessing following additional competencies:

The interiors are well done and they have an interesting concept to offer. Vegetarians need not fret as you get a good mix of both vegetarian and non vegetarian dishes to choose from.... Nice food for people who is allergic. Advice for some people . People who wear sneakers get 10 % discount. The restaurant provides a variety of sushi which are unique and not available in other restaurants that serve sushi.
The staff were very cordial and friendly and quickly replaced a dish which was served with teriyaki sauce, that we had asked them to avoid. The salmon sushis were absolutely brilliant. Thoroughly enjoyed the meal. The momo dumplings are great, the sushi menu has some interesting quirks but everyone will be able to find something they like. Great food and well priced too. I went to their Barsha branch, I'm not going to lie I wasn't expecting much walking into this place but I wanted to taste the things that seemed so popular from the reviews I saw online, and Thank god that I did, this is now my favorite sushi spot worldwide, I love it love it. They have so many unique... Delivery ordered the shrimp momos, philadephia roll and the tuna temaki. All of them where horrible. I love philadelphia rolls, it the first thing I order everywhere, but this one was a gigantic disappointment. The nori was soaked and completely lost it's crisp, the cheese was warm-ish, and the avocado brownish..
So far for fresh, and apparently when your client... For a vegetarian like me - sushi is a foreign word . I always wondered why people were obsessive about sushi. So when I finally got the chance to try out their vegetarian sushi I never waited for a second. The attendants of Moshi were very sweet and friendly . The minute you walk in they provide you a drink... Visited their barsha branch for the first time , else it's always been the oud Mehta outlet I go for. Since I was around barsha chose to try this place. Tiny outlet nothing fancy compared to oud Mehta. But service is excellent . Had chicken spinach momos, chicken dynamite , prawn tempura, Cheetos , chicken katsu sushi Discovered the place through a local website, didn't know what to expect but went along anyway. Ambience - cosy lighting with interesting little details such as the picture wall and the lock wall (not bridge) :) Staff - courteous, attentive and kind. Only 2 tables including us were occupied but I'd give the benefit of the doubt nevertheless.
