I asked him to take ...the M3 rather as its a safer and quicker route. He then accused me of not knowing where I’m going as I’m a foreigner. He refused to take the route I requested and instead drove me back to town and chucked me out the car at Grand Parade (which is NOT safe for a female on her own at this time of the morning). When I tried to take a photograph of him and the car he knocked my phone out my hands causing it to fall and damage the screen. He then drove off with my bag still in the car!!!! I tried to seek help from Policemen nearby who also refused to assist me. Today, I managed to get hold of the driver and requested he give me back my bag, after lengthy talks with him he finally agreed to bring me the bag.

To top it all off he wanted me to give him petrol money to drop off my own bag! I am DISGUSTED that I have been treated this way by an Uber driver and even more horrified that I reported this too Uber through the APP more that 12 hours ago and have had NO response from Uber!
