The last lunch I had there consisted of tuna, salmon, scallop and sweet shrimp nigiri sushi as well as a “Pinky Roll” that contained avocado, smoked salmon and green onion and was wrapped in smoked salmon. The nigiri are the right size with a good ratio of fish to rice. The fish itself is fresh, clean-tasting and cut to a good thickness. They offered to deep fry the head of the shrimp and I didn’t decline.
