With a main aim of reviving the historical & legendary Fouad Street, which is the heart & soul of what Alexandria exemplifies, LPM brought back our city’s golden age’s spark. L for Project Management has established a top notch Food Hall, L Passage, which became a leading Landmark in Alexandria in the heart of its Commercial, Residential & Touristic part of the city.

This project is located on 52 Fouad Street, which is a 2500 square metre space that became the seed of our ambitious vision. We created a first-of-its-kind food hall, & we managed to establish this first project successfully, where we partnered with twelve franchise brands, and only we have the exclusivity to open other outlets in Alexandria. We would like to highlight that L Passage’s interior & exterior designs have all been designed, constructed & curated by Laithy Architects, whom fashioned this one-of-a-kind Food Hall. With designs for the scheme that introduce a light, comfortable and airy modern food emporium, L Passage has become a collective home for many different cuisines. Also, the impressive balance & harmony that exists within the food hall showcases how artful & witty the interior design is, as it perfectly suits each food establishment completely without being overwhelming due to the cuisines’ juxtaposing natures.
