Tamago Maki Kepada penggemar sushi, moh kita buat sushi dirumah. Buat sushi simple ajer, inti crab stick dan mayo. Buat sendiri lebih jimat dan gerenti halal, sebab kita sendiri yang cari bahan-bahannya :) Actually ni kali kedua BW buat sushi. Belum expert lagi lah. Buluh nak menggulung sushi pun tak ada lagi, so sushi yang terhasil tak padat dan sedikit berkecai bila dipotong :p BW gunakan kepingan seaweed brand big bang. Seaweed big bang ni product Thailand, so ada halal Thai lah. Kali pertama buat guna, seaweed perisa original, kali kedua guna seaweed perisa sotong. Guna yang original lebih better sebab kepingannya tak terlalu rangup dan mudah untuk dipotong. Untuk beras sushi pula, BW gunakan beras sushi brand sumo.
Selain brand sumo ada juga brand jasmine. Tapi disebabkan brand sumo ni macam laris jer, stock pun tinggal sikit, BW pun belilah brand sumo. Next time nak cuba brand jasmine pula kot. Mana nak beli beras sushi dan seaweed halal ni? Kepada sesiapa yang masih tercari-cari, boleh cari ajer di hypermarket. Satu pack seaweed big bang RM9. Manakala beras sushi pula RM10 sekilo. Untuk sekilo beras sushi, BW boleh masak dua kali. Tak ada apa sangat resepi yang nak di share sebenarnya. Cuma dari segi penyedian nasi sushi tu. Kalau ikut instruction pada pack beras, recommended masukkan wine kedalamnya. Tapi BW gantikan dengan cuka. So, dari segi rasa nasi sushi, memang tak samalah macam di sushi king tu. Tapi kalau compare dengan sushi di jusco, iras-iras la kot ;p - 2 Cawan Beras - 4 Cawan Air - 2 Sudu Cuka - Kepingan Telur Dadar 1. Basuh beras sushi terlebih dahulu, basuh sekali ajer tau. 2. Masukkan beras dan semua bahan kemudian kacau rata. 3. On rice cooker dan biarkannya masak sendiri.
4. Bila dah masak, biarkannya menyejuk dalam 10 minit. 5. Letakkan kepingan seaweed/ telur dadar diatas plastik/ buluh. 6. Ambil nasi sushi dan tekan diatas kepingan seaweed tadi. 7. Picit mayo dan susun crab stick diatas nasi sushi. 8. Gulungkannya hingga padat dan potong. My dotter yang second tu dia tak suka makan seaweed. So, BW gulung dengan telur dadar untuk dia dan dua orang lagi adiknya. Manakala untuk diri sendiri, encik suami dan si kakak, sudah semestinya sushi yang dibalut dengan seaweed, barulah sushi kan ;) Lebihan nasi sushi jangan dibuang kay. Bila lapar nanti, buat nasi sushi goreng. Masukkan nasi sushi, hirisan crab stick, hirisan telur dadar dan hirisan seaweed kedalam pan yang tidak melekat. Sedap dimakan ketika panas tau nasi goreng sushi ni.
