Went here with two friends for a sushi making class on Sunday morning. We all really enjoyed it as we were the only ones there and it was taught in a very personal environment.

Tang was very friendly and his explanations were easy to follow. We got to make four making rolls each: salmon, cucumber, California and then one of our choosing. We were given the choice to eat the sushi there or take it home. We ate it there and it was really tasty. On top of that we also got a bento box for lunch, which was delicious. To anyone who would like to learn how to make sushi I can only highly recommend this class. 101 reviews sorted by:

I craved warmth and comfort food. This very small establishement provided both. Service was courteous and quick. I had agedashi tofu for starters (one shouldn't be a nekogita as it was piping hot) and a deliciously rich pork ramen. I've been craving ramen ever since...Will definitely call in next time I am in Edinburgh. Husband had gyoza and sizzling salmond which he enjoyed as well #nomz Small authentic Japanese restaurant with a good menu.
how much sushi to get mercury poisoningDessert was to die for! It was so good we went for a second round. Fairly small and basic restaurant serving very good selection of Japanese dishes, well cooked and good value. Really pleased to have found this place and managing to get a seat during busy Fringe festival.
