Will always watch this for those days I need motivation! Amazing film work as well! The CrossFit media has done an incredible job of telling the story of the sports most dominant athlete. Yes, there are your expected workout scenes but this documentary focuses on who Rich Froning actually is and the people and events that have shaped his life. Some of the best parts of this film come not just from watching his physical dominance at the CrossFit games but also from hearing about the personal aspects of his life. jiro dreams of sushi filmwebEvents such as Rich deciding to become a follower of Christ, his marriage, and the adoption process he and his wife take show great insight into the "fittest man in history."
